Since completing Trade Qualification in 1995, Phil Browne has been within the construction and remedial industry, working closely with Leaders developing long standing relationships. With strength and knowledge in remediating concrete structures, engineered waterproofing systems for Infrastructure Projects, Phil as Managing Director established Elite CPR with Suzanne in 2009 to meet the market demand and provide specialist remedial services.
With the addition of integrated teams, Elite provides over 50 years’ combined knowledge and experience.
