David Whitmore President & Chief Innovation Officer at Vector Corrosion Technologies Ltd

David Whitmore is a registered Professional Engineer, a Fellow of ACI and ICRI and he serves on corrosion and concrete repair committees of ACI, ICRI, and AMPP. David is President and Chief Innovation Officer for Vector Corrosion Technologies, a company that specializes in the evaluation and repair of reinforced concrete structures. He is past chair of ACI E706 Repair Application Procedures and has over 25 years of experience in the concrete restoration industry. He was on the US FHWA Strategic Highway Research Program II) project “Bridges for Service Life Beyond 100 Years” a project which addresses the design of new structures and repair of existing structures to achieve service lives of 100 years or more.

David’s presentation will discuss the following topics:
