2025 has been a very rewarding and successful year; our fifth year of ACRA’s remedial-government consultation in NSW.
ACRA’s focus over the past 18 months has been the proposed NCC 2025 (Vol 1 Section F waterproofing and water shedding provisions) and the impact on the remediation of existing buildings and consequently strata owners and residents in NSW.
The NCC 2025 has been endorsed nationally, thus the need to consider a variation for the remediation of existing buildings at State/Territory level, if applicable.
