Sam Coady is the Managing Director of RM Watson, a pioneering contractor in the remedial building industry, specialising in the repair and upgrade of structures across the heritage, commercial and residential sectors. Sam’s diverse and practical knowledge of remedial construction stems from over 16 years of on-site experience, having previously worked as a Project Manager and then Construction Manager. He now directly oversees the delivery of all RM Watson projects, working closely with consultants and suppliers across all stages from design development, tendering, to project delivery. Sam has managed the delivery of several.

ACRA Award winning projects, including the 2020 Commercial Project for Northpoint Tower, North Sydney Over Cladding and the 2020 Residential Project for El Hacienda, Freshwater. He plays a key role in the continued growth and strategic development of RM Watson.
