ACRA’s “Standard Methods of Measurement” document seeks to formalise the potentially contentious issue of repair quantities/volumes during a remedial concrete repair project. The Standard Method of Measurement is designed to provide a fair and consistent approach to the measurement of concrete remediation and hence a way of standardising payment schedules. Unlike many other trades or building activity, concrete remediation usually cannot, despite the most thorough work, be estimated with an accuracy to avoid conflict or arguments overpayment.

Available FREE, this watershed document is a must for both consultants, contractors and their customers to ensure fair dealing between both parties in a concrete repair contract on the matter of quantities
