Who Should Join?

ACRA Membership

There are four categories of membership:

• Corporate memberships,
• Individual memberships,
• Affiliate memberships, and
• Asset Owner memberships.

Corporate memberships are intended for companies involved in concrete repair and/or remedial building consulting, contracting, materials supply and equipment. Corporate members are acknowledged by ACRA as corporate entities in all of its promotions or listings, are eligible for office and may enter the biennial Awards for Excellence. This category of membership also attracts discounts on some seminar fees and publications such as the Guide to Concrete Repair and Protection.

Individual memberships are intended for asset owners and managers, academics, researchers, sole traders or small partnerships involved in concrete repair and/or remedial building consulting or contracting and others for whom full corporate membership is not available or appropriate. Individual members are not acknowledged by ACRA as corporate entities in any of its promotions or listings and are not eligible for office or to enter the biennial Awards for Excellence. This category of membership also attracts discounts on some seminar fees and publications such as the Guide to Concrete Repair and Protection.

Affiliate memberships are intended for a company (not individual) that provides specialist services, equipment, and products that form part of the concrete repair and remedial building works supply chain.  Affiliate members are acknowledged by ACRA as corporate entities in all of its promotions or listings. Affiliate Members have no voting rights.  This category of membership also attracts discounts on some seminar fees and publications such as the Guide to Concrete Repair and Protection.

Asset Owner memberships are intended for companies involved in concrete repair consulting, contracting, materials supply, equipment and asset owners who wish to enjoy the benefits of full corporate membership with ACRA. Asset Owner Members have no voting rights. This category of membership also attracts discounts on some seminar fees and publications such as the Guide to Concrete Repair and Protection.
