Reason for ACRA board Nomination: I have worked in the concrete repair industry since 1994; this has provided me with opportunity to gain theoretical and practical experience and knowledge of principles and methods for achieving asset life extension in concrete structures.

I believe my appointment with the ACRA board will provide a platform for me to give back to the industry, sharing my experiences to improve practice within the industry and add value to ACRA’s members.

Biography: I am an accomplished manager with experience spanning a range of market sectors within the built environment, for clients in both the public and private sector.

I have developed people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, to influence and negotiate with multiple stakeholders to effectively achieve positive outcomes.

I have deep experience and proficiency in all aspects of governance and management through adherence to the relevant standards, regulations and company framework of policies and procedures. I maintain my membership (MAICD) to the Australian Institute of Company Directors which I have held since 2015.

My business experience is well rounded, and industry knowledge comes from working as a contractor and material supplier in the concrete repair industry.
