ACRA AGM

Zoom link to be added once we have the final Nominations in.

This year ACRA’s AGM will be something new for us as we will be holding this via Zoom because of the current Covid-19 climate as each state borders continue to be shut. This will also make it much easier for all states to get involved.
At the moment we are calling for nominations. If you are a Corporate Member of ACRA and you’ve wanted to play an active part on the ACRA Board for 2020-2021.
Nominations of Corporate Members will be received until close of business on the 21st September 2020 for the positions of:
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Directors
Following receipt of nominations members will receive an agenda, list of nominations and corporate members will receive a proxy form and your Zoom meeting link.
Whilst all members, including individual memberships will be invited to attend the Annual General Meeting, only Corporate Members are entitled to vote at the AGM.
