The Annual General Meeting starting will be held face-to-face this year, offering a fantastic chance for members to reconnect in person.

The AGM will commence at 4:pm AEDT. Light refreshments will be available from 3:30pm.

This AGM is an important one and requires a quorum to enable the Board to continue with our ongoing improvements without delay. We encourage all Corporate members who cannot attend in person to submit their completed proxy forms to the Chair or otherwise a Corporate representative who will be attending.

The board members will vacate all positions with the exception of the President who has a 2 year term, all other positions will be nominated for and voted in by those in attendance.

The AGM will provide you with an opportunity to:
• Review the financial reports
• Discuss past year’s activities
• Vote on important issues
• To ask questions and interact.

It will be great to see as many ACRA members join at the Annual General Meeting on Friday, 15 November in Sydney.
