Re:  Annual General Meeting

This letter is to provide you with details of the Annual General Meeting of the Association, to be held on Thursday 14^th October 2021 via zoom at 5.00pm (Sydney time), to which all members are invited.

Nominations will be received until close of business on 18 September 2021 for the positions of:

Following receipt of nominations, members will receive an agenda, list of nominees along with a brief description from each nominee and corporate members will receive a proxy form.

Whilst all members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting only corporate members are entitled to vote.
