Remedial waterproofing can come with many challenges; Phil will discuss a project completed in Perth CBD to a roof deck located at level 32. Although the application of the membrane system was ‘run of the mill’, unforeseen structure elements had to be navigated to maintain integrity to the applied system. Collaborative planning and design with stakeholders enabled timely execution of the works.
