NSW – POSTPONED NEW DATE PENDING – Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymers for Strengthening

31 March 2020 @ 5:45 pm - 8:30 pm AEDT

$55.00 – $77.00

Description

With the world dealing with COVID-19 at moment and we await the end of this pandemic, we assure you we will inform everyone of the new date as soon as it is known. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymers (CFRP) have long been used to increase the strength of the concrete structures. The use of Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymers provides a highly effective intervention without changing the geometry of the parts.
Concrete is produced for various purposes, and may change throughout the course of its service life, as for example its whole function can change, loads can increase, higher building standards are required or original construction issues may require rectification or the structure must be made compliant. This seminar will cover structural strengthening options and project case studies in the strata building, commercial space along with a presentation on basic design level on CFRP.
