Your presenter is Jessica Rippon, Principal Solicitor from Construction Legal.

Jessica is the Principal Solicitor at Construction Legal with over 20 years’ legal experience specialising in construction law and litigation.  She acts for a broad range of clients across both the government and private sectors, including Parramatta Council, Deicorp Constructions, NBN Co, Downer EDI, Winten Property Group and Keppel.    After publishing her thesis on the Strata Living Crisis in 2018, Jessica was invited to share her ideas of reform with the Building Commission and worked closely on the Pillar 6 Initiative which involved the introduction of decennial liability insurance into the NSW building and construction industry.
