ACRA welcomes the opportunity to participate in the discussion about streamlining and modernising the NCC. We support the need for reform and streamlining of the regulatory environment.

We advocate for a dedicated framework with Deemed-to-Satisfy pathways in support of productivity and removing unnecessary high costs and potential delays for the remediation of existing buildings.
