(If there is a high demand for this training, we will plan another training opportunity)

ACRA NSW Sub Branch Policy Committee, led by Board Member Caroline McConnachie, has been working with Government for the past 12 months in raising the profile of the remedial industry.

We are pleased to be able to provide, in collaboration with the Government, another NSW Planning Portal training opportunity for our industry.  Caroline and Deb Lockart, RHM Consultants NSW State Committee representative, look forward to seeing you on line 6 July.

We encourage Building Practitioners and Design Practitioners working on Class 2 buildings to attend if you have not already attended. We also encourage those who have completed this training to attend by way of a refresher. This training opportunity will cover:

  • Building Practitioners DBPA role and responsibility
  • Design Practitioners role, the “appropriate practitioner”
  • How to initiate a DBPA portal application
  • How to submit a design compliance declaration
  • How to submit a variation to a design
  • How to  submit a Building Compliance Declaration

The registrations will close Monday 4 July. Please register your interest to attend at the below link. Please “Select a Time” to register for this training opportunity.

A calendar invite will be sent to you with Microsoft Teams access, by the Government ePlanning Team, a few days prior to the training.

We thank the NSW Government’s ePlanning, Department of Planning and Environment Team for their commitment to providing this invaluable training opportunity for the remedial industry.

We look forward to seeing you for training on 6 July.
