Work begins on removing flammable cladding
Project Remediate, the NSW Government’s billion dollar cladding remediation program, has reached a significant milestone with physical investigation works taking place on it’s first buildings.
The Project’s Managing Contractor, Hansen Yuncken, will assess materials gathered during this investigation phase of the program.
ACOR Consultants, who were recently appointed as Global Façade Consultants on the project, will give expert engineering and design advice on the best remediation solution for each building.
Buildings that register for Project Remediate receive a package of support to fix flammable cladding on their buildings through 10-year interest-free loans and program management and assurance services.
