We are pleased to advise that the NSW Department of Customer Service has released a Fact Sheet: Emergency Remedial Building Work: Click here.

This guideline is intended to help Owners Corporations, Strata Managers, Design and Building Practitioners understand how the DBP legislation applies to emergency remedial building work.

I thank the Advocacy representatives for their continued consultation with Government. I particularly acknowledge Helen Kowal, SWAAB and Deborah Lockart, RHM Consultants who were our representatives working with the NSW Government in developing this Fact Sheet.
