Tom Haydon (VSL) – Prestressing remediation Lesson Learnt
Thomas is a Civil Engineer with 25 years’ experience in the Australian construction industry including 15 years with VSL Australia. He has been engaged on some of Australia’s largest urban infrastructure projects’ concrete structures; Bridges, Earth Retaining Structures, Maritime Structures and Water Retaining Structures across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
After moving to Western Australia in 2008, Thomas has worked on Main Roads WA, Water Corporation, Mining and Department of Defense projects

Joel Brown (WGA) – Wind Turbine Foundation Repair
Joel is a Principal Structural Engineer and Project Manager at WGA where he leads both the Structural Engineering and Project Management teams in WA. Joel has worked on a diverse range of projects including buildings, maritime structures, defence infrastructure, and renewable projects, however Joel has a niche skillset in the design and construction of wind turbine foundations.
